New Patient Exam: Comprehensive Oral Evaluation

It all begins with a comprehensive oral evaluation. At this initial appointment you will complete your digital medical history, discuss your dental history, have your mouth, teeth and gums checked, assessed and recorded on our software, photographs and necessary x-rays taken. Based on our findings and your wishes we will decide on a treatment plan together.

Patients are advised to request any previous notes and x-rays from their previous dentist(s) both for their own records and ours.
